Dear Friend,
Life does not seem to wait for us to be done with one challenge before throwing another one at us; whether we like it or not, prepared or not.
This is why we must regularly dedicate time to build and nourish great relationships and support systems instead of expending all our efforts in a single-handedly attempt to improve other areas of our lives - like our health and wellness, academics, career, finances and business. Enlivened Relationships remain the most important parts of our lives because only through it can we achieve Enhanced Personality, Effective Leadership, Energized Marriage, Equipped Parenting and Enriched Spirituality. Without Enlivened Relationship, every other life and business pursuit is in vain.
Many people do not succeed in life because they do not have people to regularly spur them on; people to help them see other perspectives, other options; people to encourage them with what they are doing well and challenge them with areas of improvement, potential opportunities. You only have access to Absolute Power over every challenge when you combine the POWER Within you with the Divine POWER and the POWER in others, for nothing can make or break you like the people around you. In fact, those in palliative care will tell you how much they regret not having spent enough time with those they love or not having expressed enough love and appreciation to their families and friends in their prime years.
From working with thousands of people in over 65 countries to take their lives and businesses to the next level of greatness, some of the most common relationship questions that I am asked are:
· “How do some people with much more things to worry about seem to be coping with much more stress than I?”
· “How can I be a better parent to my children?”
· “How can I cope with my unruly children?”
· “How can I improve my relationship with my boyfriend or girlfriend or boss or employees or family members?”
· “How can I get my team members or family members or neighbours or church members to be more participative?”
· “How can I energize my marriage?”
· “How can I help my spouse with his or her struggles?”
· “How can I be a better husband or wife?”
· “How can I make my spouse love me more?”
· “How can I have a better relationship with God?”
· “How can I build better relationship with my teenage daughter or son?”
· “How can I enhance my personality?”
· “How can I have more fulfilling relationships?”
· “How can I be a more effective leader?”
· “How can I motivate my employees?”
· “How can I cope with my very demanding boss or children or parents?”
“How can I . . .?” Fill in the blank for yourself because the list goes on and on and on.
Believe it or not, the answer is quite simple! In fact, considering that human beings do generally make some effort (whether to our level of satisfaction or not) to move their lives and businesses forward, it is All We Need!
The answer is only one word, and yet can profoundly make the world a much better place. It is the one word that will forever change your life and the lives of those around you; the one word that The Exhortation continues to use to impact the lives of thousands worldwide. Yes, depending on your specific situation and character, there are a lot of one-word answers for the abovementioned relationship questions, but this word sums it all. Different people feel loved in different ways, but everyone feels loved in this particular way.
It is All We Need to be the best that we can be, to help others be the best that they can be also. We are quick to identify those who seem to purposely seek it, when in actual fact we should look no further than ourselves. We hardly receive it, but barely give it either; and yet it is All We Need!
Of the grander responsibilities that we have in the world, like being protective of endangered species, mindful of environmental pollution, responsive to global warming, planting more trees than are consumed, engaging in philanthropy and communal volunteering, all of which are very noble deeds, the most critical responsibility we have as human beings is to . . . more.

“In the end, if we are privileged enough to have a last minute of reflection, our overall dissatisfaction with life will be largely due to the things that we often thought of doing but didn’t, than the things we did but shouldn’t have.” (Alex Nosa Ihama)
