Oregon is a state that allows assisted suicide. I always buy newspapers when i travel and when i was Oregon last fall i bought the Oregonian. There happened to be a front page story about assisted suicide that chronicled a woman's last day of life. It was a very uplifting story considering the subject--she knew what she wanted and was able to make it happen.
