I agree with the gray gloom not helping the spirit much. Today we had
bright sun and blue somewhat cloudy skies and now rain. I am thankful
for the rain we do have because then we don't have to worry about
drought conditions.
Its true sometimes when we are having a bit too much fun we neglect
our other projects and have to get back into balance so we will see
you when you come back Ray. I'm praying Illinois gets out of its
winter weather soon for you.

2/27/08- Mid-week Reflection.
A bright, sunny day, here in Chicago, today. A welcome respite from
days and days (it seems) of gray gloom that does nothing for my
spirit.
Took a tickle test on how my brain operates. I ended up,
surprisingly, as a right brain person. I had always thought,
particularly because I am right handed, that I was the opposite.
I'm spending too much time with the journal writing group, to the
detriment of other pursuits. I think I'm going to take a week's
sabbatical to give myself a chance to do some other things.
Not to say that the group isn't a pleasure, because it is, but all
things, including pleasure, should be taken in moderation.
