| Thankful Thursday (02.21.08) | | Friday, February 22, 2008 |
- I am thankful that this week is almost over--though the weekend is going to be less that restful.
- I am thankful that I have no children of my own.
- I am thankful the cute pink Victoria's Secret panties and bra set arrived Wednesday. The Man with the Soft Brown Eyes was very happily surprised. The bra isn't too comfortable, but I wasn't in it very long.
- I am thankful that Leviathan had a great visit up at work on Tuesday. The students really love seeing her.
- I am thankful that next weekend I'm going to go visit my Mom. I haven't seen her since Christmas.
- I am thankful for quiet calm days, though they seem to be getting more and more rare.
- I am thankful to have the money to realistically plan awesome vacations form time to time.
- I am thankful that the Man with the Soft Brown Eyes enjoys spending time with me. Hopefully he can go with me to Austin on Saturday.
- i am thankful I'm going to Austin on Saturday. I'm going to do lunch with Steph and pick up my dress.
- I am thankful I'm going out to the Exotic Animal Sanctuary on Sunday. I really miss those felines!
- I am thankful for beautiful days and cool nights.
- I am thankful for my life. Despite the fact that I'm running myself a little ragged, I wouldn't change it. Sure, I'd love to be independently wealthy and have a new car, but I really like my life the way it is.
- I am thankful to have such awesome roommates.
- I am thankful for Leviathan--such a sweet little serpent that changes people's perceptions of snakes.
To hear the sound of the wolf is to experience a singularly moving sensual experience of wilderness. Sound of unreachable quality, seeming weird and inhuman. But not unearthly. For it is of the essence of the creature wolf: of his spirit, his being, his truth. A transcendental song that took form uncounted millennia before time was defined. Something elemental. A living call from the past. A revelation of the very Universe.

A woman in harmony with her spirit is like a river flowing. She goes where she will without pretense and arrives at her destination prepared to be herself and only herself.
