Hello,
Thanks for letting me join the group.
I joined because I am new to journaling - actually just beginning.
Why did I chose to do journaling? I thought that by writing my
thoughts down that it would help me to to grow,and heal my inner
soul. I live in my head. I beat up on myself a lot with negative
thoughts. I thought that this was a good group to begin my
journaling and get help from others that have experience.
