1. What is your occupation?

I work at Toyota's Technical R&D Center, in the Engineering Design Services department. Since no one outside of the automotive industry would understand what we do (I'm used to getting blank looks when I describe it), let's just say we put out fires, process lots of paperwork, handle projects, and hand-hold engineers. It's a stressful job.

2. What color are your socks right now?

Off-white.

3. What are you listening to right now?

"What a Difference" on the jazz station on my Treo.

4. What was the last thing that you ate?

A whole-wheat english muffin with butter dripping off of it. And I'm currently drinking coffee.

5. Can you drive a stick shift?

Eh ... sort of??

6. If you were a crayon, what color would you be?

Black?

7. Last person you spoke to on the phone?

M husband. I don't talk on the phone much.

8. How old are you today?
35

9. Favorite drink?

Coffee, wine, water

10. What is your favorite sport to watch?

I don't really watch sports, but probably hockey.

11. Have you ever dyed your hair?

No, never. I'm actually a natural blonde, although people never believe me.

12. Pets?
Tasha, our 110lb (bred to German standard rather than us standard) beautiful German Shepherd.

13. Favorite food?

Where do I start? Tiramisu, crab, seafood, scallops, filet mignon, dairy, cheese, wine, shrimp, veal, pad thai with extra dried thai chili powder (HOT!) from the best Thai place near us.

14. What was the last movie you watched?
Die Hard, the second one I think it was.

15. Favorite holiday of the year?
Christmas

16. What do you do to vent anger?
Talk about it with my friend at work (usually I'm at work when I'm angered).

Or if I'm in the car bitch and yell to myself.

17. What was your favorite toy as a child?
O-shush, my bear.

18. What is your favorite, fall or spring?
Depends. If we're coming out of winter, then spring. At the end of summer, because I hate when it leaves. autumn eases the pain somewhat LOL. I love fall - I just hate that winter follows it.

Hugs.

Definitely cherries

House (3 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath, 1/2 acre).

Can't remember.

Shoes.

JW group.

28. Favorite smells?
Coffee, books and bookstores, evergreen trees, fresh air, fresh rain candles, lavendar, vanilla, new leather, the scented ink in my aromatherapy pen.

29. What did you do last night?

Ate sesame scallops for dinner, drank a bottle of wine with it, read email, watched tv by the fire with hubby.

30. What inspires you?
Beauty

31. What are you afraid of?
Ugliness. Death. Losing my husband. But I try not to dwell on these things.

Cheese and/or spicy

33. Favorite dog breed?
Of course, German Shepherds. I love their personality and intelligence.

I also love Great Danes for their size.

34. How many years at your current job?
Will be 9 in the fall.

35. Favorite place you've ever been?
Maine, followed by Alberta & British Columbia Canada.

36. How many states have you lived in?
One. Michigan. Unless you count Baltimore, MD for several months when I was 5 and my dad was undergoing a bone marrow transplant for leukemia.

37. Favorite day of the week?
Friday night, followed by Saturday.

38. Ever driven motorcycle or heavy machinery?
Nope

39. Who's your favorite NFL team?
None.

40. Do you have a house phone that is not cordless?
All are cordless.
