[JournalWriting] having hard time getting to sleep

Hey everyone. I hope you all had a good day. I did. I am just trying to get to sleep. I am about to have some warm milk….It is cold here in milford. It is supposed to be in the 40’s for most of the week and cloudy. There are only a couple of days where it will get into the 50’s.
