Kudos for taking the reins and getting your life back on track.
When my son got out of the house when he was 2.5 and we
had the police searching for him, I wanted to scream but
couldn't get enough breath to do so. I thought my heart was
going to stop. The memory alone still scares me. I'm sorry
about your kids. Very glad God "took the wheel" when he did
and let you know how important you are still to the people around
you.
