Hi JoAnne...I am 56. I also lost my husband in 1999. I can't
believe that its almost been 10 years since then. He also died of
cancer so I can empathize with you on that point. I have found
journal writing to be a wonderful way to deal with grief, loss,
acceptance, survival, and recovery.
