Thanks Jen, I hope you are feeling better too. It does bother me that it took two years for cardiologists, pulmonologists and other specialists to find a rather serious problem but one that is fairly common. They just pick the easiest and then look no further unless pressured. I could sense my pulmonologist was irritated that I was seeking another opinion but that opinion is critical. I probably would not survive long if congestive heart failure goes untreated but with proper medication and a good cardiologist I can be around a while! So keep pressing is the story here. If you suspect you don't have the whole picture - push them harder! Thank good my sister in law wasn't satisfied with my treatment and pushed me to seek more help.

There is also the problem that some people can't press on because of the cost and lack of insurance. We do need to see somehow that everyone has access to the best treatment we can offer. We need to do more than just talk about that. Jane

Glad you found out the real problem. It scares me what
physicians can't detect in this day and age! I am
going to a new chiropractor who also practices
alternative medicine. I went in for an adjustment
Monday and mentioned I wasn't feeling well. She asked
me what was bothering me, I said my stomach
(nauseous). She did a test with her test kits (laid
them on me) and ruled out bacterial and viral but said
it was fungal. Everyone has it in their body but I
have an overgrowth. She gave me some probiotics to
take, and I've been feeling better ever since. Pretty
sure an m.d. would have told me to take some tums and
call it good.

Anyway, sending you positive vibes that you will get
healthy quickly!
