I too have problem with seasonal depression. I've been reading a book- says diet helps. Be careful kind of carbs we eat.
I would like to walk along the Chicago lake front again. My dh is funny- I tease him about Al Capon on every corner- I ventured out when we lived in Chicago area- I would grab the kids and we'd walk down town Evanston or we'd go down Devon or take bus else where. We were always out. Here we live in a sub-division- I hate it! I like Indiana through. I may take train up to Chicago when my son goes for conf. I will meet my friend Deb and stay with her.
