Hello Group,

I hope that all is well with everyone. This has not been a very
good week for me. A young man that I have known since he was fifteen
unexpectedly died on Sunday. He was just 30 years old. The cause of
death is not known right now. I think that he had a heart attack.
Like his family, I am taking his death so hard. We talked weekly,
Myself and other close friends of Phillip is helping the family as
much as we can with the funeral arrangement.

I know this may sound strange but on Monday, I took some time out to
write to Phillip. To let h im know how much he meant to me and how
fortunate I was to have known him. Writing was my way of trying to
deal with his death. I still ask myself why was this wonderful
young man was taking from us so young.

I am still not finding the time to write in my journal. I need to
slow down this hectic life I live. Take the time to smell the roses.
