geographic that lives on a leopard preserve I can't remember his
name but his photos are wonderful. They look like paintings.
I have several nature journals. Hannah hinchman's A trail through
Leaves. Across the Aegean by Marelene McLoughlin. Watercolor Journeys
by Richard Schilling.
I collect them but can't draw at all. I can only do collage work
and very abstract things.
I passed my art classes only because my mother did my
homework. lol

> I have a book "Africa: An Artist's Journal" by Kim Donaldson that I
adore thumbing through in utter awe. I would love to have an artist
journal like his. One of these days! *grins* Hopefully I can get
into a beginner's drawing class or something...

To hear the sound of the wolf is to experience a singularly moving sensual experience of wilderness. Sound of unreachable quality, seeming weird and inhuman. But not unearthly. For it is of the essence of the creature wolf: of his spirit, his being, his truth. A transcendental song that took form uncounted millennia before time was defined. Something elemental. A living call from the past. A revelation of the very Universe.
