I'm very tired this week. Have been getting up earlier and exercising, so I'm really dragging right now, until I get more used to it. Been able (allowed) to leave work earlier, so I've felt like my evenings are better and longer. Makes me feel more separation from work too. I've been gathering recipes like a freak. Made a new one this week and loved it. I gave the recipe to Tiffany, and she cooked it for Marcus and their friends and they loved it, too. Crispy Breaded Shrimp with Garlicky Beans. It's baked, not fried, so it's healthy. I'm watching Ghost Hunters and loving it. Last night we drank a bottle of ice wine...tasted of pear and honey. Yum!
Other than that, I'm just waiting for the weekend so I can sleep in and snuggle in bed longer.
