I've done that myself plenty of times myself. I know how it is to be
on BOTH sides of customer service. Most recently was when I spent
over 5 mintues in a line to exchange a wrong order at McDonalds, and
the lady helped everyone in front of me then....dissapeared and enver
came back.

Come explain that to my hubby. I feel sorry for the poor person
answering the phone ever time he calls somewhere.
