I received these comments, today, from a correspondent on another site. They spoke to my heart, and with his permission, I would like to share them.

Here again comes Easter, I first wanted to send to you a beautiful e-card with a nice inspiring message in it, but finally I decided to write to you something of my own, to open my heart and share with you what I think about Easter.
All Christians, but also many a non-Christians, will celebrate one way or another the coming Easter. For the little ones it will be the joy of looking for the eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny and the laughter, but for many an adult what will be Easter? Occasion to celebrate, eat, drink or something more?
Personally, I will not celebrate, I cannot while I know that so many a human beings around the world today have nothing to eat, drink or are not clothed properly, that too many suffer of war, injustice, hunger and other miseries results of egoism, indifference and hatred. My eyes are filled with images of dying children in Darfur, with blood of the victims in Iraq, with tears of the damnified who lost everything in natural catastrophe.
No I will not celebrate, I will share, and for me Easter will just be the occasion to think over and to count the multitude of blessings in my life, among others you, my friend, and I will think about sharing my blessings with others.
Easter in fact teaches me that life is not to be interpreted in simple terms but as something wonderful that we should treasure and transform every day into ideals of love, peace, tolerance, understanding, sharing and caring for others. Be Jesus, or not, the son of God, is not important to me. What is important is the testimony of his life as a man beyond the common, his legacy of peace, tolerance, caring, patience, sharing and love he gave to others without counting or expecting anything in return other than our commitment to do, at our turn, the same .
What an extraordinary man whose death as the apotheosis of a short but brightful life, brought to us the hope of eternity and gave to us the true key for a better life: Unconditional Love.
I wish you an Easter filled up with hopes, filled up with blessings, filled up with Peace, filled with Love.
Happy Easter to you and your loved ones!

To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did; When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better.
Concentrate on this sentence..... 'The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.'
