Actually, could I get the recipe for the pecan crusted salmon?
Liz (my roommate) loves salmon but we aren't overly gifted with cooking it. *chuckles*

*giggles* Yeah, our waistlines show it, too :) But I
have beenvin the process re-vamping our recipe
database. I only select meals to add to the
collection that are low-calorie and also try for
healthy dishes - grains, fresh herbs, some veggies,
and a variety of ethnicities. This way we get
something good and different every night. Last night
was pecan crusted salmon with smashed redskin potatoes
that I tossedwith some parsley, butter and skim milk.
All the recipes I've been mentioning fit those
criteria. I am always getting recipes from Cooking
Light, and recently Food & Wine. Gotta watch those,
but the healthy dishes are marked as such in esch
magazine so you can tell. So far eating all this good
stuff I'm down 4 pounds, got about 25 more to go.
Hubby's got a lot more to go LOL! We love Food
Network, too. Especially Rachael Ray cause she makes
simpler things. And Iron Chef's pretty cool too.
(Since I work for a Japanese company it makes sense
that I should watch it :) )

To hear the sound of the wolf is to experience a singularly moving sensual experience of wilderness. Sound of unreachable quality, seeming weird and inhuman. But not unearthly. For it is of the essence of the creature wolf: of his spirit, his being, his truth. A transcendental song that took form uncounted millennia before time was defined. Something elemental. A living call from the past. A revelation of the very Universe.
